If only people would drink water as much as they eat junk foods! If you want to lose weight fast, keeping your body hydrated at all times is very important. Of course, you shouldn’t be drinking fizzy drinks, processed fruit juices, alcohol, soda, etc., as they would make your body dehydrated and add a lot of extra pounds to your already huge belly! What you should be drinking instead is plain cold water!
Many people tend to be so busy that they often forget to take along a bottle of water with themselves.
