
Ginger Tea to help Reduce Stomach Fat
Ginger tea is so delicious, and ginger helps to increase your metabolism and vitality, reduces bloating stomach and gas, and will help you to lose weight by cutting your hunger pangs and cravings.
You can buy ginger flavored tea and unflavored in the supermarket or health store, but its much nicer, healthier, and probably cheaper, to make your own.
To make a cup of fresh ginger tea you will need
Ingredients
3 inches of ginger, sliced
½ cup of coriander seeds
honey to tastePlace ginger and coriander in a pot, and add about 6 cups of water. Boil it down until it becomes approximately 3 cups.
Strain into a cup, sweeten to taste with honey and drink.
